Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for all AYN Odin and Loki handhelds, provided the devices are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply to non-defective hardware returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your handheld console, including all original accessories, manuals, and protective films, into the original retail box.

• 3.
  Ship to AYN

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
